No Result of McDonalds Omega

Question

I am a new user of WEB SEM. When I am running the analysis of McDonalds Omega I am getting the below message without result.

Results
For better quality, view the pdf file at PDF plots.
The program started to run at 2018-02-26 06:53:30 Mon and ended at 2018-02-26 06:53:31 Mon

When I am clicking PDF plots I am getting the below message

No plot is available. If you requested a plot, please refresh.

It is urgent for me to solve the problem. Can anybody help me about the matter?

This is most likely a problem related to the format of data. Note that the data file has to be free format text file with all values separate by space. For the data file, also include only the variables you want to use for calculating the alpha and omega. Let me know if you still have problem with it.

 

If you are familiar with R, you can try out the R package coefficientalpha, in which you can find more error information.
